Tips for a good podcast.

1. Have an intro that is fairly catchy and has a good transition between the music and dialog.
2. Have some casual conversation to break the ice before questions.
3. Don't worry about the conversations not following the questions exactly, this creates a less forced interview. 
4. Make the outro equally as catchy as the intro.
5. Be confident when interviewing people.
6. If reviewing something, concluding your opinion with a rating is a good idea as it lets the listener here an overall view of the product.
7. letting people know your social media/ website is a good idea as it helps draw in more listteners and also could help people continue to listen to future podcasts.
8. An introduction about the podcast / company is a good idea as it lets people know what they are getting into before listening.
9. Don't worry about talking about one question too much as in most cases it leads to a better more in depth podcast.
10. In some cases, background music could be used to match the mood of the podcast or to compensate for hesitation in the dialog.
